CHILLI IS FUN FOR US AND WE ENJOY IT WITH YOU

We produce chili seeds on our chili farm in the Beskydy mountains. We have been growing chili peppers for more than 10 years and we even cross our own new varieties.
This way we can offer chili seeds of all the possible colors, shapes and heat to other growers interested in the world of heat.
From our own farm we offer chili seeds of classic world-famous varieties but also seeds of new chili peppers, which you will not find anywhere else.
We seasonally deliver fresh chili peppers to restaurants directly to the hands of chefs and also dried chili peppers from prepared stocks for the whole year.

Gorols are the inhabitants of mountain areas in southern Poland, northern Slovakia and northeastern Czech Republic (Těšín region), ie. the Beskydy Mountains. We speak our own dialect, which is of Polish origin, so even Google will not translate it and Praguer is trapped. However, this does not change the fact that even here in the Beskydy Mountains we grow peppers.
This year we have grown up to 183 varieties of chili peppers with a huge amount of hots and super hots.
Gorol chilli is for everyone who is looking for homemade and BIO chilli products for a gastronomic, medical or just for fun point of view. Homemade Gorol chilli products can also serve as a very suitable gift for any occasion.

We have been actively involved in growing chilli peppers for more than 10 years, during which more than 700 varieties have passed under our hands. Once upon a time, we started with seeds from rounded red and yellow peppers that we brought from Italy. Our interest soon grew into a passion.
Since then, we have grown all the possible varieties from sweet to the hottest in the world.
At the moment, we prefer interesting peppers, especially C. baccatum and wild varieties. We also cross chili peppers.
And a lot of them look really great so far!

Color - fruits - shape

In peppers (Capsicum L.), as with other organisms, the sum of all morphological, anatomical, physiological and other traits is genetically controlled. The expression of genes can then be modified by external (temperature, climate, ...) or internal influences (mutagens). There is an unimaginably large number of genes here. Although many of them cannot be determined other than by molecular analysis, some features can be observed. It is these genes that this article addresses. And although there are relatively few, it is still a very extensive chapter. These are genes that affect the shape, size and color of plant organs, but also the degree of palms, taste and resistance to specific pests, etc.
In order to fully understand the following paragraphs, we need to do a genetic quick course (really only cut to a few necessary points). The gene itself is a specific section of DNA responsible for a particular expression (for example, the red color of the fruit) and consists of two subunits, alleles. Each allele can have a dominant (A) or recessive (a) character, the manifestation of both depending on the type of dominance. Let's imagine it on an imaginary example. The dominant allele "A" corresponds to .........
