We produce chili seeds on our chili farm in the Beskydy mountains. We have been growing chili peppers for more than 10 years and we even cross our own new varieties.
This way we can offer chili seeds of all the possible colors, shapes and heat to other growers interested in the world of heat.
From our own farm we offer chili seeds of classic world-famous varieties but also seeds of new chili peppers, which you will not find anywhere else.
We seasonally deliver fresh chili peppers to restaurants directly to the hands of chefs and also dried chili peppers from prepared stocks for the whole year.

WORLD OF CHILLI SEEDS prepare to autumn

Gorols are the inhabitants of mountain areas in southern Poland, northern Slovakia and northeastern Czech Republic (Těšín region), ie. the Beskydy Mountains. We speak our own dialect, which is of Polish origin, so even Google will not translate it and Praguer is trapped. However, this does not change the fact that even here in the Beskydy Mountains we grow peppers.
This year we have grown up to 183 varieties of chili peppers with a huge amount of hots and super hots.
Gorol chilli is for everyone who is looking for homemade and BIO chilli products for a gastronomic, medical or just for fun point of view. Homemade Gorol chilli products can also serve as a very suitable gift for any occasion.

We have been actively involved in growing chilli peppers for more than 10 years, during which more than 700 varieties have passed under our hands. Once upon a time, we started with seeds from rounded red and yellow peppers that we brought from Italy. Our interest soon grew into a passion.
Since then, we have grown all the possible varieties from sweet to the hottest in the world.
At the moment, we prefer interesting peppers, especially C. baccatum and wild varieties. We also cross chili peppers.
And a lot of them look really great so far!

For this season, we have chosen 14 species of wil chilli peppers, which we will again grow in the mountains.
This year, the cultivation of ornamental and incredibly hot chilli will be in the hands of Michal and we will share with you all the experience for the whole season
FB fun page ChilliPaedia & Gorol. The most interesting species this year will definitely include Magma, Pink Tiger X BBG 7Pot, Rotondo .....

When and how to plant

Thanks to their easy-to-grow cultivation, peppers are the ideal plant for all beginning growers and gardeners. In combination with the low price of seeds, this is something that is definitely worth a test. Peppers are part of a group formerly referred to as dicotyledons. However, this group no longer exists, so we are satisfied that we can classify them in the family Solanaceae (aubergines), which also includes tomatoes, eggplants, etc. Professionally it is the genus Capsicum L. The most commonly grown are 5 domesticated species: Capsicum annuum , C. chinense, C. baccatum, C. frutescens and C. pubescens. From the wild species, C. lanceolatum, C. tovarii, C. chacoense, C. galapagoense and many others are grown. All types of peppers come from America and are perennial shrubs. Therefore, names may be misleading. For example, the name C. chinense means "pepper originating in China", C. annuum means "annual pepper" or "annual pepper". It obviously depends on the conditions of the description. If someone described, for example, the citrus they planted in northern Europe, they would also conclude that they are annuals.
